- Abstract -

 

Abstract submission can be done via Indico. Please use the following button to the left to submit your abstract

 

We will publish all accepted abstracts in a dedicated abstract book. Abstracts can be up to two pages long and include tables and figures. Please use the following template (link to template) and convert into pdf.

 

During submission, please submit your abstract title and author list in the appropriate fields and select a contribution type. Please note that an oral presentation acceptance depends on the number of submissions. Should more abstracts be submitted than oral spots are available, your abstracts may be selected for a poster submission instead.

 

Upload your abstract file as pdf in the Attachments field and select your desired track.

 

If you are a student who whished to apply for a bursary to help with the workshop cost, please check the Bursary check box and upload the necessary information to be considered (for me details, please see here).

 

At the end, please provide your email address so we can inform you of that status of your abstract acceptance.
